1. Vegetative characteristics.
Vigorous variety with a semi-erect bearing and only female flowers. Wide oval-shaped buds, whose average date of sprouting is on 22nd March. The leaves are rounded, with an obtuse base and an acuminate apex. Their average length and width are 16.59 cm and 10.50 cm respectively (length/width ratio: 1.67).
2. Flowering.
Average date of full flowering on 5th May. The flowers have a corolla with an average diameter of 21,29 mm, four lobes and a regular cruciform calyx.
3. Characteristics of the fruit.
According to the type of astringency at the time of commercial ripening, it is a PVA type variety. The average date of commercial ripening is on October 29th, and the average date of physiological ripening on January 4th. Average fruit weight 296,74 g, average size 82,49 mm, length/width ratio 0,93. Wide elliptical fruit with circular cross section. In its longitudinal section the apex is obtuse, with moderate grooving of the apex, without concentric cracking around the apex or cracking of the area of the same apex. Longitudinal groove absent or very superficial. The calyx is rather depressed, with no groove and no cracking at its end. The size of the calyx in relation to the diameter of the fruit is medium and its bearing is horizontal. At commercial ripening the skin colour is orange and the flesh is yellow.
